i was very productive today. I digested DNA with various restriction enzymes. I made an agarose gel. Looked at bacteria under a microscope. Took a quiz that I did not study for (crossing my fingers on that one). I made smelly agar (bacteria food-sorta). I have not finished yet either. It is one of those awful classes where you can not leave early even when all your work is done.
All this was made possible with the help of Kim who is not too pleased with our present situation either.
Still waiting for that gel to run...this is taking forever.
