A citizen's concern

I sense there is an imbalance in society, the zombie population is too low for my taste. I think it is in the interest of all citizens to extend the privileges of affirmative action to zombies. This would give them the economic boost up they need in these hard economic times by making it easier to advance their education and obtain jobs.
