Da Chen

As I begin my first year at Stony Brook University, I am given an assignment where I have to interpret and analyze a book. This year the book chosen was "Sounds of the River" by Da Chen. This interesting but dull book allowed me to step into another persons shoes and see how he faced adversity and grew from the experience.
We then had to create a project based on our take on the book, so I decided to create an image on how the book affected me, it was a very dark book so I used black and white to demonstrate the solumn attitude and dark times represented in the book.
This book wasn't one of my favorites but it wasn't the worst either, just something I had to do.
