flake
One of the things I have no tolerance for in people is flakeyness. I don't understand why people say they're going to do something if they're not really going to do it. It's more difficult for everyone except the person being flakey when they are ambiguous then just saying yes or no. I feel like for the most part people know whether or not they are going to do something so why can't flakey people just tell the truth or realize that it's selfish to not decide & have other people waiting on them? I'm hardly ever late anywhere & if something happens & I am late I feel really guilty about it because I don't want the person to think that I forgot about them or that their time isn't important to me. Am I misunderstanding flakey people completely? Are they just perpetually late or having things come up? I don't know but I highly doubt it.

I don't think anyone enjoys flakey people. People have to learn how to decipher who is going to pull through and who cares more about what they want to do. It's hard to find people who will set their needs aside to help a friend around here; everyone indulges in themselves so much that they forget there are other people in this world. It sucks, but that's life.
