I love you

Three words we say too much .. "i love you" it has lost its importance. People say i love you to anyone on the street i do it myself... i recently lost one of my books for class and someone found it and found me on facebook and said they had my book. I was so happy i said "thank you soooo much i love you!" it just came out i was so happy.
So why is it that we can say a complete stranger we love them for finding something we lost but when it comes down to saying i love you to someone in your life we all freeze. .. saying i love you is a huge step in any relationship. Love is unconditional .. no matter what the person does or looks like or acts like you love them .. love is not something to be passed around .. love is your heart and when you say you love someone you are giving them a piece of you .. a piece of your heart. So why is it that we can say it to random people .. but not the people we really do love?
Love like life is complicated .. we feel like we love someone but we never truly know .. how do you know love when its right n front of you? Love can stare you in the face and you can still never know it's there.
How do you know that this love is real? if you've ever been hurt in a relationship then you know that love hurts .. giving out your heart gets harder and harder each time and the wall your build around your heart gets thicker and stronger .. so how do you know when its time to take out that wrecking ball and knock down the wall .. how do you when to give out your heart and when to guard it??
If we live our lives in a shell trying not to get hurt we will never find love .. no risk no gain ..
so you know what i say .. i say "I LOVE YOU!" .. if you feel it and you know it .. then why not take the risk .. love is hard but living alone is harder feeling like a piece of you is missing is harder.. maybe ill get hurt and maybe ill find my true love. but either way im goin out there i'm going to pour my heart into everything i do and I'm going to find that one for me .. i might be bruised and broken bythe time i find him .. but at least ill know i tried .. NO REGRETS <3 Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Play with abandon. Laugh!! Choose with no regret. Appreciate your friends. Continue to learn. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is. ♥ APPRECIATE every second!!
