Don't get me wrong, I love my mom. However, today she sent me a picture of ceramic cat she purchased from our local antique store. I have no idea why she felt compelled to send me this picture but I really like the shot. Light coming in from the left, an oddly shaped shadow that looks nothing like the original figure, the fact that it's a cat!
