SNL
My plans for this past weekend failed..
i wanted to go to the city to see the tree... and wake up early on saturday to get on line for SNL tickets.
I really wished i went to that showing because it was hilarious. I was in my room watching it last night and thought the tiger woods skit was so funny.
plus Rhianna was performing and the girl from gossip girl was hosting.
oh well.. next time. I do plan on going one day.. just to experience.. either dress rehearsal or live..
I love how production works and all the operations behind it. plus since it is SNL... anything goes!

Starting tomorrow is the last week of classes...
This monday will be the last time I have class on a monday...
Tuesday will be the last time I will go to THR 403.

One year has gone by...
With all these end of the semester projects and presentations i did have time to work on a documentary film.
on November 30, 2009 a year had past since my friend past in a DWI accident.
I just need to get to a mac and make some music and a little more editing..
my birthdayy!
so i am now 22. and feeling kind of old. I had a party on my birthdayy and my friends surprised me with gifts and a cake.
unfortunately i drank too much and had to leave my own party.! i was so sick i finally recovered at 3pm the next day... however i was very sleepy.
and had to cancel my reservations to Tao's in the city!
I felt so bad my boyfriend took off to spend the day with me in the city and he instead had to hold my hair back all day. !
Now i have an inflamed esophagus, chest pains, and all that reflux stuff. i was researching and im scared i might have gerd. but after sleeping last night i feel a little better and now hoping this is just temporary!.
Now i have to get myself together and do all this work for my classes!

christmas season!
Now with thanksgiving over.... and black friday...
it is time to get into the christmas spirit!
the other day my family took out the big box of xmas decorations...
my dad put up the lights outside and we decorated the inside...
we pulled out our stockings to hang up..but to our surprise they were all raggy...
so my sister had a great idea of getting new ones and decorating them ourselves making them original and unique instead of just plain red with our names on the top..
we went to the craft store and worked on this project for 3 days!
it was so much fun though. we got glitter pen for the names.. which i wrote all 10 names!
we have a big family and are running out of room to hang them.! ha
but we managed.
we cut and glued cute characters on them made from felt.
we got some stockings with santa, mrs. clause, reindeers, penguins, polarbears, and snowmen.

Super Nintendos' Super mario bros wii
eh.. not so super... i was so excited about this game when it came out that i kept talking about it. I gave it so much hype that when i got home my sister was drawn to buy it for me as a bday gift. I opened it and we played. nothing beats old school super mario bros on the Nintendo. This was fun but we played with all 4 players.. so this is how it goes..
4 players... one scene... its so hard to communicate with each other working as a team when you have bombs flying at you, drybones walking to you, fire balls aiming at you, etc. There was so much yelling and screaming in my house that night. but it got addicting... we played til 1am yesterday.

o and we played agian today.. this time we bounced back and forth on dropping players to make it easier to beat a stage with two players rather than all 4.

so i needed a book for one of my classes. It was a regular reading novel that i would have to buy in a bookstore. However this year as well as every year i try to get through classes without the book. So i went to the website www.alisweb.org . This is an online automated library system for nassau county. I did a search for the book i needed, and to my luck it wasnt available at my public library.. but it was in one a couple towns over.. so i clicked it and it asked if i wanted to reserve it?
so i said yes (Monday).. giving my library card number and a pin number on my card and I received a letter of notification in the mail on friday telling me i have a book on reserve at my public library! what a great deal! so i went today to pick it up and no problem at all i got the book for a month..plus i can return the book to any nassau public library.!

textures
I based my texture video on cilps of food from Thanksgiving. there were so many different varieties of food that day that I could not pass by all the wonderful textures each one had. I zoomed in and got up close to show confusion on what it really is... and a different/ alt view to what things look like when viewed a certain way.
