wake up

Do you ever wake up and wonder if maybe you should stay in bed all day and not face the world? mornings for me have come too early and I have not been ready to move. The events in a day take so much effort and thinking that you must have the energy to face it either physical or mental. Getting up and out, I guess, is the only option. Day here i come
