The title of this blog is the usual time that construction noise usually starts outside of my window. I live on the front parking lot side of the building and still I hear the obnoxious construction noises of the new building project starting very early in the am. I am a college student, and therefore I usually do not go to sleep until very late due to my workload. It is extremely taxing to be bothered by loud construction noises that early. Wear earplugs you might say... but then I cannot hear my alarm and get to class on time. So it is either go to class tired and cranky or well slept but late or not at all.
