Room for rent

If anyone is looking for a place to rent come December or January, I'm trying to rent out this room in my house. It's the largest bedroom in the house and it has its own private entrance/exit. The rent would be somewhere between $500 and $650 per month. Share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with 2 other people who are SBU students.
