Eligibility: The 50 states, Commonwealths of Puerto Rico and the Northern Marianna Islands; the territories of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and America Samoa; and the District of Columbia with FWS-approved SWAPs are eligible to apply for SWG Competitive Grant Program funds.
