Dave and Busters

I went to this place called Dave and Busters for the first time the other day. I thought it was funny how they figured out how to create a place where kids can play all sorts of video games while mommy and daddy can get drunk in the meantime. It's a win win for the parents and kids. I mean what kid wants to go to a bar, and what parents want to go to Chuckie Cheese's? Dave and Busters combines the two into a neat little compromise. I can't believe they're able to get away with this, but evidently they have made a lot of money doing this. They are also a restaurant too.

9 Things to do a day off*

*because lists of 10 are for overachievers.

1. Eat apple pie for breakfast

2. Go to a bookstore a pickup a copy of the Esquire rule book. Learn to be more manly.

3. Enjoy a late night supper at a seedy bar.

4. Visit Dave & Busters for happy hour. Stay for the entire extent of happy hour.

5. Make homemade Kahlua.

6. Do no school work. This is essential..no work on your day off.

7. Watch numerous episodes of Bullshit and learn about the evils of such wholesome institutions as the boy scouts.

8. Constantly try to one up your friends' high scores on silly iPhone games such as the paper toss game.

9. Frolic after the ice cream man in attempt to catch him and enjoy a most savory treat.
