redecorating

I just spent all day redecorating my dorm room. I have pictures and posters and magazine cut outs taped to the wall.

It took me so long to tape up everything and then when I was done, I saw the tape was peeling the paint off the wall! But Hold On, it isn't color paint.... it is gray paint PRIMER.
I don't understand why the school is so cheap and left the paint primer all over this new apt. The entire building is "still" under construction, even though we have over 100 students in the building living with bare on my walls, and no hot water. Living in the west apartments you pay much more for room and board than other dorms on campus, I don't see my moneys worth.
Anyway, I had to take everything down before the tape starts to melt and peel the primer off; because once the paint chips we get charged and arm and leg for the tiniest thing they find. So I just bought this tape that will not pull the paint off. Whatever, I'm done and my room looks better than before..
