Gym

Soo i finally took a good look at myself and realized, if i just spent an extra half hour a day more in the gym to do cardio i could dramtically change my body. In high school, the summer going into my senior year i was lifting really hard because i was told i was going to be a defensive tackle, a position in which you must be very strong and big. Going hand and hand with the lifting, i was eating twice as much causing me to gain a substantia amount of wieght. I used my first year of college trimming some of that off but i think its time for me to really dedicate myself to the gym and see what i can make my body look like. The gym was always something i enjoyed because not only does it make you lok better, but you feel so much better about yourself. My word of advice for the day is everyone get to the gym and get healthy.
