The story of a boy named "Dan"

I have come to realize that there are a lot of posts on here against binge drinking. I'd like to present the other side of this argument. I know this boy, let's call him "Dan", who enjoys binge drinking more than most other activities. The text book definition of binge drinking is 5 drinks in one sitting. "Dan" would laugh at this. Less than 10 drinks is not considered drinking in his eyes and I'm pretty sure he doesn't even believe in the concept of binge drinking. "Dan" is a relatively respectable human being. He is a recent stony brook graduate and is regularly employed. However, he enjoys his daily 24 pack and long rides home under the influence of said 24 pack. Does this make him a bad person? I don't think so, but my opinion would probably change if he killed my puppy or little sister but in the mean time I can sleep soundly knowing he is probably far more responsible driving while drunk than when sober.
