I automatically like any place a little better if you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner anytime of day. The reason I bring this up is that I just enjoyed a mid afternoon breakfast at ihop. This was a perfectly appropriate time for breakfast considering it was the first meal of the day. At other, less evolved establishments one would not have that oh so appropriate choice of breakfast. Another good thing about ihop is the large quantities of food and the very cheap prices. One meal at ihop will leave you with enough left over food to feed yourself for approximately 17.5days. Everything on the menu also comes with pancakes which is a little crazy since not every dish one eats requires a large stack of pancakes on the side.
Ihop is not the only place evolved enough to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day. You can find this same wise behavior at may eating establishments. The only thing more annoying then not being able to order breakfast anytime of day is steakhouses that open at 4pm. It just so happens that my favorite time to enjoy steak and potatoes is when I'm hungover, now do you real expect me to wait till 4pm to cure my hangover, I think not.

ReplyDeleteIHOP should do the right thing and join its competitors in moving away from using eggs from hens crammed inside cages so small the birds can't even spread their wings.
