Much to do about nothing!!


What should we do about nothing? Women tell me how is it that we do all we do and then when it comes to us and our feelings we put it into the category of nothing. "Oh its nothing!" we say and ignore that gut feeling that lingers in the mix of cerebrospinal fluid and tissue called the brain. Our insides are churning like grandma would when she's making butter rich and creamy and we feel that throbbing slow and almost deadly thump thump thumping from our heart rushing through our veins and finaly setteling at our temples. "Oh its nothing" we say and make the day busier filled with SOMETHINGS. Working and studying and working some more. Eating, calling friends, reading even sleeping to avoid confrontation with our nothings. Some call it that gut feeling, intuition pehaps! NOTHING!!NOTHING but Something that bugs the hell out of us...we loose sleep, loose time...sometimes even ourselves...Never realizing it. Now with all this said are our nothings really somethings and somethings really nothing?

Tell me what your nothing is....don't tell me how to treat it or how we or others consider it ...just tell me what ur nothing is....Mine is actually Nothing!
