New Moon Craze

So tickets for the movie New Moon went on sale about a week ago and both midnight showings for this movie at the AMC Loews in Stony Brook have already been sold out! SOLD OUT! That was the first day so then there was another opening to another movie showing at 1220 and guess what!? After one day the movie showing was already SOLD OUT! The movie doesnt come out till another month! The movie previews on November 20th and its not even a month yet and all the tickets for the showings at this theater are already sold out! This is unbelievable! I want to go see the show when it comes out...there should be more showing times for this movie since it is so big and in such high demand! This only shows the purchasing power of these customers that are in this demographic and how powerful it in the catergory of cinema, an area that has shown evident decline in demand from the public. This movie has turn teenagers, young adults as well as adults into a frenzy over these characters in the book and in the movie...I do not like the screaming fans that watch this movie..i wanna go watch the movie because this was a great series of books and i wanna enjoy the craftmanship and the artistry of the movie and not have to worry about 13 year old girls and 45 year old mothers screaming over Edward Cullen about how dreamy he is and all that jazz...
