Sketchup

So a few days ago I finally had the opportunity to download sketchup. At first I was excited to start playing around with it and seeing what it could do. I have been working with it the last couple of days and no promising pieces have resulted from my messing around. I mostly have gotten frustrated by the program and I have been unable to find much help or instruction online about how to work with sketchup. I openly admit to not being very computer savvy. I much rather creating with my hands than with mouse clicks and typing, but I thought I could at least create something, however simple. I will continue to play around with the program until I at least get a presentable result, however, I must say after trying the program out I am extremely impressed with anyone who has obtained any type of results from sketchup.
