Smart phones

For the past few months i have upgraded from a regular, boring flip phone to a more 21st century phone. I now have a lg rumor sliding phone with a full keyboard. the only reason why i got this phone was to make it easier to reply to my girlfriends text messages. At first i thought it was the coolest thing but now it already seems outdated. I have to get my hands on some sort of a 3g phone but not familiar with the companies, i think apple is the only one of is kind but there must be a competing phone company that i am not aware of. I will have to look into it monday.
