I remember being 10, in the 5th grade, no responsibilities, no reason to behave. When i wasnt at school i was fishing at the lake down the block with the rest of the neighbor hood kids. I could be out all day as long as i left a note in the morning and stopped by the house before 2pm, i had to be in for the night within 10 minutes of the street lights going on. Those were the days, my parents would give me 10$ a week if i vaccumed the house (even though i always did a crappy job and mom had to do it again after me) and it bought me candy and snacks at the deli untill the following week. Bicycles were deffinitely the best way to get around back then since skateboards were too ruff to ride on the streets and scooters weren't cool back then. Those were the days, and it makes me want to be 10 again looking back on it.
