I know everyone has been eagerly awaiting the latest installment of Monday bio lab. Well we are back in action preforming more exciting transformation experiments. One the table for today are two different techniques of sterilization (that's right, TWO techniques). First up electroporation, now this technique was not actually performed by myself and trusty partner in crime, Kim, so who knows how accurate the results will be without are steady hands and flawless technique.*
*Kim just had a terrifying, and I quote "terrifying" experience. SO this post will be temporally interrupted to console her.
