Kim is fine...crisis adverted, everything is fine. She was actually terrified about an awful smell (it was REALLY bad). Apparently our perfection was not so perfect and many of our agar plates became contaminated with the most dreadful smelling mold. It was quite the let down but nothing could compare to the awful stench. Next time we should probably take our perfection up a notch and use a more sterile technique in the hopes of never again obtaining such disappointing results.
