Oh man is my computer slow. If it were any slower it would turn off on its own. After 4 years of continuous use and having never cleaned it out i think it is time. I wish i knew how to do it but i am a total computer idiot.

Rob, you don't have to know how to clean it out, cause I can help you out. If you wanted to do it on your own, you'd do things like test for viruses, and do defrags.
