Exercise

I work out. Obsessively. I admit it.
I also get hurt on a regular basis from working out. It's not entirely uncommon for you to see me come back bruised in a few spots. Is that really a bad thing? I know that my workouts are a bit extreme, as are the exercises employed in these workouts, but I don't know where to draw the line sometimes. When does it get to be too much for one's body to handle? What do you think?
