time management

I've always thought I was good at time management...Apparently, I am not. I keep on writing down my plans for the day and never seem to follow them. I may take off right on time and try on moving according to what was written down but somewhere along the way there will definitely be a turning point when I'll change it all and won't accomplish a good half of what's been planned....
