bad dreams

I think I have way more nightmares than the average person especially one who is post childhood ages. I don't know why I have them, I'm not a particularly fearful person at least not consciously apparently. While I do enjoy recounting my dreams to people & being able to laugh at all the dream logic inconsistencies, I'd really rather not have all these nightmares.
