el bees

I've never been one to worry too much about body image. As long as I'm okay with myself that's all that really matters to me. I think people tend to feel whatever way towards you as you feel about yourself. I've fluctuated in weight in different stages of my life depending on my activities at that time & what not. I'm not a believer in diets in the way that most people go crazy about them because I don't really see how cutting yourself off is really healthy. If you want cake I think you should eat cake, don't eat the whole cake but eat cake. The reason I'm talking about this is because lately I've been really hungry & I think it's because I've been eating "healthier" type food. I guess I can understand why if you eat it you'll be hungry more often but doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose?
