T-mobile really dropped the ball this time. I've been a loyal T-Mobile user for about a good 5 years or so. They were the first company I started with when I got my first cell phone...which was already waaayyyy after everyone else did. I was one of the few people who survived high school WITHOUT a cell phone. But anyway, so their service was shut down starting last week and it left me all weekend without a phone. It was working, fully charged, but I could not receive service at all! Then they restored my service on Monday but not fully. I wind up dropping my phone, having to put the battery back in, and when it started up...ALL MY INFO, CONTACTS, PICS, EVERYTHING was gone....BUT the service was restored.....i cant catch a fucking break! I keep calling tmobile and their blaming other people for their fuck up, and they are constantly telling customers that "HOPEFULLY" our address book will just magically show up....I'm starting to doubt them. After this month's bill I think I'm finally making the switch to an IPHONE or a BLACKBERRY....
