yard sales can be worth it

over this past weekend I got up early Saturday morning to go shopping for a few things I need around my house. As I was driving I kept seening signs for yard sales and garage sales so I said why the hell not. I'm a broke college student who is always looking for a cheap buy. By the end of the day I came home with a desk chair,filing cabinet, t.v stand, a 2 bar stools all in good condition for under $20. I was estactic at my findings because I would have went to probably Kohls or Walmart or some other store that sold these items and spend over a 100 bucks. it goes to show that sometimes its worth the effort to hunt around a little and reycle used material then always running to buy new.
