i just read this article about a high school football team who wore pink football jerseys and gloves for breast cancer awareness. considering that today was wear pink and demin, i thought the article was pretty interesting and touching. i was surprised that the idea of the football team wearing pink was actually implemented and that so many people got involved and supported the cause. issues like cancer really hits home because more people are affected by it than people realize. its always nice to read things like these because it makes us reflect our own lives, appreciate it and want to make a difference.
