grant rant

I'm getting really frustrated looking for grants. I feel like a lot of them either aren't really grants, specific to geographic areas that I do not reside in or for people with educational qualifications that I do not have. It's making me angry because it's not like I'm not trying, I'm trying & I'm not getting anywhere & it's terribly frustrating. I don't know what I'm supposed to do.
