Living on your own

I finally moved out of my parents house and am now sharing a house with three great friends. This is the first year I am living off campus and I have to say it is so much nicer. You have a lot more independence and it makes you feel a lot older. I did my first big food shopping trip the other day and damn every little thing adds up so quickly. I am use to always buying food on campus, having it ready for you, prepared right when you feel like it and now I have to do it all by myself. I enjoy cooking but it takes a lot of time to actually make a good meal. Living away makes you grow up and realize a lot more about the "real world." I like it but still have a lot to get use to <3
