Just a myth

My boyfriend was reading the top stories from his favorite news sources, and found that the Iranian President believes the Holocaust was a myth! It's one thing to disagree on how it happened and who was the cause of Germany's tyranny, but to disregard it as untrue is poppycock. Ignorance starts wars in the first place and to claim something so widely fictional is appalling, especially in this millennium. Masses upon masses of Jews were killed or tortured to psychological trauma because of their journey and who they lost. My family has been friends over the years with Holocaust survivors will never forget what they were put through. As a Jewish person it is a sensitive subject and I hope that more countries and cultures open their eyes to what has happened and what needs to be changed to fix it.
