So it's Monday again and that means another exciting day in bio lab. The menu for today includes another exciting gel electrophoresis, making some agar plates, cleaning DNA, and ligation. The nerd in me is rearing her head again causing mild excitation for the last two activities as I have never done anything like this before. The ultimate goal of all of this is to create green flourescent bacteria. Stay tuned for another exciting addition of monday bio lab. For now I will leave you with a beautifully done gel electrophoresis from last week...check out those bands!
